Return & Refund

1. Return Eligibility
Due to the medical nature of Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs), returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or malfunctioning upon delivery.
- You received the wrong item.
Products must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (for wrong item cases).
- Reported within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used CGMs due to hygiene and health safety concerns.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
3. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact us at [Insert Email/Phone] within 7 days of delivery with your order number, issue details, and photos if applicable.
- Approval: Once your return request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Shipping: Approved returns must be securely packaged and shipped to [Insert Return Address]. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy
- Approved Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refund Method: Credited to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
